Designed primarily for R&D and light production environments, the EZ Motor controller includes everything needed to start motor-powered motion in minutes. Use any PC to connect to the controller. The base configuration includes the following:
- Integrated Controls Enclosure: Motion controller, power supply, and all necessary components already pre-integrated
- EZ Programmer Software: No-code visual programming for creating sophisticated automated motion quickly and easily

- Real-Time Display (via PC) shows cycle count, start time, elapsed time, and tools for troubleshooting
- Emergency Off Button – Performs controlled stop of all axes to stop all motion
- Plug and play setup; no assembly required

Motor Requirements (if providing your own motor)

- On special request controller can be configured to run motors on 20-60v DC to meet higher load driving requirements.
Motor Bundle 1 (NEMA 17):
- Four NEMA 17 stepper motors (200 steps).
- Includes encoders for closed loop control (1,000 steps per revolution).
- Four home switches and four limit switches with pre-configured plug-and-play M8 connectors.
- Four pre-configured plug-and-play motor cables with 7/8” and M12 power & encoder connectors, respectively.
Motor Bundle 2 (NEMA 23):
- Same as Motor Bundle 1, but NEMA 23 motors instead of NEMA 17 motors
