- Develop rigid platform for test chamber to securely hold its mass in place

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES
A medical device cart manufacturer asked Pipeline to design a full system of brackets and other attachment systems to be retrofit onto an existing telecommunications cart. An opportunity to include an assortment of new tools on the carts had arisen but the customer needed to integrate them all into their current cart system.
Pipeline provided custom design solutions to attach six major tools/machines to the customer’s existing cart. Since the bracketry needed to work with existing machines, Pipeline also created detailed 3D CAD models of the components being integrated into the cart to ensure a proper fit with the attachment bracketry. Finally, engineering drawings were created for all new parts and quotes were obtained from local vendors for prototyping and production quantities. Approximately 30 drawings were delivered to fully define the new systems.
