PROJECT REQUIREMENTS

  • Index Rocker System: Ensure the system reaches the specified rate of the Device Under Test (DUT). 
  • Vision System: Capable of accurately reading device counters and detecting various device states. 
  • Failure Analysis: Provide Pareto charts for historical test data including images, total cycles, errors, and device identification information to analyze and address failures. 
  • Error Detection and Reporting: Detect and report various device errors to operators and log in the system. 
  • Programmable Cycle Settings: Implement programmable cycle settings for flexibility in testing procedures. 
  • Safety Measures: Incorporate a safety system to prevent operator injuries during testing. 

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES

 The project involved developing an index rocker system designed to achieve the specified cycle rate of the Device Under Test (DUT). The implementation included a sophisticated vision system capable of accurately reading the device counter and detecting various device states. The machine delivered a comprehensive failure analysis report and incorporated a Pareto chart based on historical test data, aiding in targeted improvements. 

Programmable cycle settings enhance flexibility and adaptability for varying testing requirements. Additionally, a robust device holder, lockable casters for ease of mobility, and isolating feet were incorporated to ensure stability and precision in testing environments. This comprehensive solution optimized efficiency, accuracy, and user-friendly operation to provide testing data.
